We provide help and assistance to our customers through community or premium support, based on the license you've purchased with the template.

Integrated support center

When you sign up and purchase a product from us, you don't have to go anywhere to get support. You simply have to connect to your Css Ninja account and open the support tab.

  • You can create issues when you run into a problem using one of our templates.
  • We prioritize your tickets based on your linked license. Check our support comparison.

Community based support

When you purchase an HTML template or another type of theme, you select a license that will be linked to the item you bought. The Lite license and the Starter license give you access to community support, which happens on our discord server.

  • Community support is carried by members of our community on our discord server.
  • Community support is free of charge and never expires after a given period.
  • Community support gives access to the support portal, without guaranteed response time.

Premium customer support

The Developer license and the Business license give you access to premium support, which happens by opening a ticket on our Support portal. You are granted a 6 months period of support for a product after you've purchased it.

  • New tickets are added to the queue and receive a first answer under 48h.
  • Along with Github access, you can open and track issues on your favorite templates.
  • In case of a critical or unexpected bug, you'll be able to request hotfixes from us.
